摘要
利用蓝牙技术建立一个具有主从网络结构的蓝牙无线数据采集系统。设计采用基于BC219159蓝牙芯片的蓝牙模块;从设备以AT89C2051为控制器,将采集的工业现场信号处理后送入蓝牙芯片进行无线发送;主设备选用77E58作为控制器,实现对从设备的自动搜索连接和数据的接收,并通过LCD进行实时显示。系统地阐述了硬件和软件设计原理,对蓝牙通信协议进行了重点介绍。系统测试表明,有效通信距离可达12.5 m(无障碍),数据传输稳定。
A Bluetooth wireless data acquisition system with the master-slave network structure is designed with Bluetooth technology. The Bluetooth modules based on BC219159 Bluetooth chip are taken in the design. The subordinate device takes AT89C2051 as MCU to perform the acquisition and processing of the industrial spot signals, and send the data to Bluetooth chip for radio transmission. The primary device uses W77E58 as MCU to automatically search and connect the subordinate devices wirelessly, and receive the real time data from them, and display on the LCD. The principle of the hardware and software design is stated systematically, and Bluetooth communication protocols are emphatically introduced. The system test indicates that the data transmission is stable while the effective communication distance is up to 12.5 m ( no obstacles).
