摘要
基于虚拟仪器的理念,开发了用于催化剂材料频率响应实验的自动化测试系统。整个系统集数据采集、数据处理和模型优化于一体。介绍了测试系统的硬件构成,实验涉及的相关理论,以及用于优化的数学数学算法,重点阐述了数据采集平台、数据处理平台和模型优化平台的软件程序编写,并通过一组实验数据验证了测试系统的性能。
A measurement and testing system based on the technology and idea of virtual instrumentation is developed for frequency response of catalysts. The system includes data acquisition, data processing, and models optimization. The hardware structure, experiment theory involved, and corresponding algorithm are introduced. As well as the software programming referring to DAQ platform, signal processing platform and optimization platform are described mainly. The performance of this system is verified by a group data of FR experiment.
