摘要
针对船用综合报警装置测试的自动化要求,设计了一种基于PXI总线和虚拟仪器技术、运用故障树分析推理方法的自动测试系统;详细说明了系统的硬件平台构成、软件平台设计和故障诊断平台的实现。测试结果表明:该系统自动化、智能化程度高,适应性强,具有较好的应用前景和较大的经济效益。
In accordance with the automatic requirements in the test of nuclear-powered submarines' multiple alarm device, an automatic test system based on the technique of PXI bus and virtual instrument and the method of fault tree is designed. The composition of hardware, the design of software and realization of fault diagnosis are illustrated. From the outcome of the testing, it makes clear that the system has high level of automation, intelligence and adaptability, and a wide application foreground and big economic profit.
