项目培训促进中西部地区教师专业化成长研究——以英特尔^(?)未来教育基础课程项目《基础课程》培训为例

摘要 项目培训具有明确的目标和开始、终止日期,培训资金保障。项目培训个体经济负担轻、针对性强、周期短,极易激发参与者热情、短时间内提高技能、培训成效显著。以英特尔^(?)未来教育基础课程项目培训为例,该培训以全面提高教师"技术素养"、"思辨能力"、"合作能力"为目标,满足了中西部地区农村中小学教师教育技术能力提高的迫切需求;注重理论与过程结合、技术与活动结合、言传与身教结合,在体验中感悟、模仿和提高,促使参培者在短时间内教育技术能力全面提高,从而促进中西部地区教师专业化快速成长。 Intel Teach Getting Started Program has exact objective, detailed training outline and financial support. With its specific target group, the program training model appears such advantages as decreasing trainees' costs, inspiring attendees' passion for learning, enhancing participants' IT skills during a short but high efficient training period. Take Intel Teach Getting Started Program for instance, the program was created to help teachers acquire technology literacy skills, critical thinking and collaboration, which has meet the requirements to enhance educational technology capability of rural middle and elementary school teacher in middle and west area of China. The program emphasizes on integrate teaching method into application, combines technology with teaching activities during the whole training process, which makes trainees could learn by doing, imitating and their ETC could be fully enhanced during 5 days training workshop. Such training model could promote teachers specialization development in middle and west area in a sound and quick way.
