Elementary Distance Education Project provides essential equipments and resources for the West. It is still low-equip and lack of resource in Western elementary school. There are some problems in these schools like as management, equipment, resource, teacher, evaluation, etc. The article points out resolving plans to improve teaching benefit of equipment and resource in elementary distance education school.
