The purpose of designing and developing the Open Virtual Lab Platform is to meet demand better of developing practical skill of students of Educational Technology Specialty.This article first analyses the necessity and possibility of designing and developing the Open Virtual Lab Platform,then presents the theoretical basis and critical technology for developing, puts forward the module composition,the function logic diagram and features of the platform.
