摘要
由于TiO2光催化剂的太阳能利用率低和量子效率低,光敏化、过渡金属和非金属掺杂、贵金属沉积和复合其他半导体等技术被用来改善其光催化性能,其中氮掺杂是一种有效方法。本文综述了掺氮TiO2的制备方法和其在污染治理方面的应用,并讨论了掺氮TiO2的发展趋势。
Because of the low solar energy utilization ratio and low quantum efficiency of TiO2 photo catalyst, the technology of photosensitization, doping with transition metal and nonmetal, precious metal deposition and composite the other semiconductor have been used to improve its photo catalytic property. Among these, the simplest and most feasible approach seems to be nitrogen doping. The preparations, present situation and application of nitrogen - doped TiO2 are introduced in detail. The development tendency in the field is also discussed.
