摘要
对空间诱变矮秆突变体CHA-2的遗传分析表明,其矮生性状是由2对隐性半矮秆基因控制的,分别为sd1和1个新的半矮秆基因,该基因初步定名为iga-1.从CHA-2与惠阳珍珠早杂交F2群体中选择半矮秆株与矮脚南特进行测交和自交,鉴定获得由半矮秆基因iga-1控制的新半矮秆株系H2.赤霉素敏感性试验表明,半矮秆株系H2对赤霉素敏感性下降,推测H2是属于赤霉素弱敏感矮化突变体.
Genetic analysis of the dwarf rice mutant CHA-2 by space mutation was studied. The results indicated that its dwarf trait was controlled by two recessive semi-dwarf genes without linkage, sdl and a new nonallelic to sdl gene named as iga - 1. The new semidwarf plant H2 with the new iga - 1 gene from a cross between Huiyangzhenzhuzao and CHA-2 was insensitive to exogenous gibberellin, so it was speculated that the H2 semi-dwarf mutant was the gibberellin insensitive dwarf mutant.
