摘要 利用铝电解排放的低温烟气余热进行发电,对电解铝行业节能降耗具有重要的意义。本文介绍了电解铝行业耗能和节能现状,对ORC发电系统进行了阐述和应用综述,系统分析了ORC系统在铝电解工业上应用所要解决的关键技术。结果表明,利用ORC发电技术对铝电解槽低温烟气系统进行余热回收,可有效降低吨铝能耗,产生明显的社会经济效益,值得深入研究和推广应用。 Using low - temperature gas of aluminum reduction cells for waste heat power generation is valuable for energy saving and consumption reducing. This paper introduces electrolytic aluminum industry energy consumption and energy - saving status, describes and overview of application for ORC generation system, systematic analysis the key technologies of ORC system applied in electrolytic aluminum industry. The results show that using ORC generation recovery waste heat of low- temperature gas of aluminum reduction cells can reduce tons of aluminum's energy consumption, and produce significant socio - economic benefits, worth to study in depth and to spread for use.
