“岭南第一府”——北宋端州升兴庆府考实

"The First Fu in the Lingnan Area" ——A Textual Research on the Fact that the Duanzhou had been Upgraded to Zhaoqing Fu in the Northern Song Dynasty

北宋端州在政和八年(1118年)升为肇庆府。然而,端州升府的历程是比较复杂的,历来有较大争议。本文在前贤研究基础上,进一步探讨端州何时升府,以及升府的具体过程,以新的史料证明端州在升为肇庆府之前确曾升为兴庆军和兴庆府,"岭南第一府"是兴庆府而不是肇庆府。最后,通过分析宋代"潜藩升府"制度及区域社会经济、政治军事地位的变化情况阐释其升府原因。

Duanzhou（端州） had been upgraded to Zhaoqing Fu（肇庆府） in the year 1118 A.D. in the Northern Song Dynasty, and the history course was very intricated. However, there are still much dispute over the question of the course all through the ages. Firstly ,the author wants to further research the concrete time and process of the course in this paper, which is based on the other researches. Secondly, the new historical documentaries show that the Duanzhou once had been upgraded to Xingqing Jun and Xingqing Fu（兴庆府） before upgraded to Zhaoqing Fu. Thirdly, ＂the first Fu in the Lingnan area （the south of the Five Ridges/southern Nanling Mountains） ＂is Xingqing Fu not Zhaoqing Fu. Finally, accoring to the analyse of the system of ＂potential seigniory upgraded to Fu＂,the regional social economy and the change of political military status in the Song Dynasty, the author will explain why the DuanZhou had been upgraded to Zhaoqing Fu.
