摘要
作为西部地区新型工业化的启动器,西部高新技术企业任重而道远。为了充分发挥高新技术企业在新型工业化中的带动作用,应当从技术、资金、人才、制度、管理等方面着手进行思索,以此来切实有效地促进自身的快速而良好的发展。
The high -tech enterprises have shouldered the responsibility to promote the new industrialization in West China. To fulfill their leading roles, such high -tech enterprises have to rethink about a sustainable development policy based on a scientific analysis of their own advantages and disadvantages in technology, capital funds, intellectuals, regulations and management.
