三苯基硅醇与含氢硅油脱氢反应的研究 被引量:6

摘要 研究了三苯基硅醇与含氢硅油的脱氢反应,用FTIR、1H NMR谱、29Si NMR谱对产物结构进行了表征。结果表明,三苯基硅醇和含氢硅油在辛酸亚锡或氯铂酸催化下均可发生脱氢反应,相比而言,氯铂酸是较好的催化剂;当三苯基硅醇与含氢硅油的质量比不大于2.20时,在110℃下反应2h后,三苯基硅醇可完全反应。 The effects of the amount of the silk mica, the amount of the coupling agent, and the curing temperature on the curing characteristics of the silk mica/silicon rubber composite were investigated. The results indicated that the silk mica had little effect on the mechanical properties of silicone rubber when the silk mica filler content was below 40 phr, while that of silicone rubber would decrease dramatically when the filler content exceeded 100 phr. The addition of silk mica would delay the curing of silicone rubber, and shortened the scorch time. Although the addition of A--151 delayed the curing of silicone rubber, there was little effects on its state of vulcanization. A small amount of A --151 improved the mechanical properties of silicone rubber. When adding 2 phr of A--151, the tensile strength of Silicone rubber improved 20%. Furthermore, when the content of silk mica filler was 40 phr, A--151 was 2 phr, the best curing temperature was 170℃.
