摘要
以低黏度端乙烯基硅油为基胶、高纯石英粉为填料、含氢硅油为交联剂、铂配合物为催化剂,制得双组分加成型硅橡胶电子灌封料。研究了各种组分对加成型电子灌封料力学性能、电性能的影响。结果表明,优选配方为采用活性氢质量分数为0.3%的含氢硅油和乙烯基摩尔分数为0.8%的端乙烯基硅油为原料,含氢硅油中的活性氢与乙烯基硅油中的乙烯基的量之比为1.2,高纯石英粉用量为40份,铂配合物的质量分数为10×10-6;按此配方制成的硅橡胶灌封料硫化后的拉伸强度为2.44MPa、邵尔A硬度为47度、断裂伸长率为136%、撕裂强度为3.88kN/m、体积电阻率为9.4×1014Ω·cm、相对介电常数为3.1、损耗因数为0.0011、电气强度为21.5MV/m、热导率为0.4W/(m·K)、热膨胀系数为2.6×10-4K-1、阻燃等级为94V-0级,其力学性能、电性能、热性能及工艺性能接近国外同类产品。
Two-part addition cure liquid silicone rubber was prepared with low viscosity organopolysiloxane containing alkenyl group as basic gum, high pure quartz as filler, organohydrogenpolysiloxane as crosslink agent and catalyzed by Pt catalyst. The influence of every component on silicone rubber's physics properties and electrical properties were studied. The results showed that the liquid silicone rubber had a tensile strength of 2.44MPa, durometer hardness of 47A, elongation at break of 136%, tear strength of 3.88 kN/m, volume of resistivity of 9.4×10^-4Ω.cm,dielectric constant of 3.1, dielectric loss of 0. 0011, dielectric strength of 21.5MV/m, thermal conductivity of 0.4w/(m. K), volume coefficient of thermal expansion of 2.6 × 10^-4K^-1, flammability classification of 94 V-- 0. The liquid silicone rubber was comprised of organopolysiloxane containing 0.8% mole fraction of SiVi group , and organohydrogenpolysiloxane containing 0.3% mass fraction of Sill group, with a the ratio of SiH/SiVi of 1.2, 40 % high purity quartz as filler and 10 × 10^-6 Pt catalyst. Its physics properties, electrical properties and properties were close to similar types of silicone rubber in foreign countries.
