摘要
2008年内蒙古填报志愿方式发生重大变革,即网上实时在线填报志愿,这是现行高考制度中首次实行,在全国范围内来讲也是首创。它的实行不仅提高了考生填报志愿命中率,降低了高分考生落榜率,而且确保高校生源充足,也更好地贯彻了教育部招生"阳光工程"政策,让更多考生从中获益。这一方式值得各省(市、自治区)借鉴和推广。
A historic reform on high school graduates＇application to universities had been carried out in Inner Mongolia in 2008. The application forms to universities had been fulfilled online for the first time either in the Autonomous Region or in China since the entrance examinations had been held. Such a real time practice is of significance for popularization all over China, the authors think, because it helps the high school students to choose their ideal universities and ensures efficient applications available to universities as well, which truly reflects the wishes of the Ministry of Education and the interests of people＇s.
