论音乐教师培养的专业教学改革——以绵阳师范学院音乐学专业教学为例 被引量:4

摘要 本文以音乐学(教师教育)专业如何培养适应社会需求的音乐教师为课题,以绵阳师范学院的办学实践为实例,探讨了音乐教育人才培养的方法和途径,提出目标定位准确、紧扣市场需求、课程设置合理是保证人才培养基本规格和学生学有所长的必备条件。而教学改革的实践则有效地提高了人才培养的质量,使学生真正成为具有市场竞争力的、适应社会需求的音乐教育人才。 The author of this article has conducted a case study of Mianyang Normal University about the teaching methods and ways to cultivate music intellectuals so that the music teachers'training meets the needs of society. The authors has concluded that the preconditions should be proper training goals, full understanding of the society needs, efficiency curricula to train qualified music teachers, and only in this way students can be well developed. And more important, teaching reform is needed to improve the teaching quality, so that the students can be more competitive in the job market and be the music teachers needed in society.
