国际法确定南海海权的思考

南海海权是指主权国家对南海各群岛和部分海域的领土主权以及其他海域的相关权利。南海问题的焦点在于周边各国对南海海权的争端,以及区外大国对南海问题的涉入而引起区内的安全问题。文章从国际法的角度确定南海海权的归属,并进一步阐明南海海权的确定对南海安全问题的影响。

Nanhai possesses uncommon significance in politics, economy and military and has very complitics, economy and military and has very complicat- ed geopolitics relations as the issue about Nanhai can directly involve the countries around. Some teachers in law de- partment of Hainan University compiled papers under the sponsored topic in the Hainan＇ s key subject construction project. In their papers, they discussed＂ Nanhai Issue＂ and its complicated international relationship, China＇ s policy toward Naihai and the solutions of Nanhai Issue, and made healthy exploration in the concrete law problems, such as determination of Naihai sea right, Naihai ocean security and Nanhai environment protection, etc. It is believable that their study is of some help to academic circles in their further study in Naihai Issue.
