关于高校学校办公室开展效能建设的若干思考

Some Reflections on High School President's Office Efficiency Constructions——Set Xiamen University of Technology as an Example

在高校内部管理复杂化、外部资源竞争激烈的情况下,高校学校办公室的职能必须进一步强化和拓展,效能和管理水平必须进一步提高。本文以厦门理工学院为例,提出若干可操作性建议。

President＇ s office of high schools needs to further strengthen and develop its functions and improve its executive efficiency in order to cope with the more and more complex internal management environment and competitive external resources. The article takes the efficiency construction of Xiamen University of Technology as an example, and put forward some feasible proposals.
