摘要
气、液旋流分离过程是气、液两相的三维强旋流运动,以漂移流动模型和颗粒轨迹方程为基础,采用欧拉-拉格朗日方法建立一种新的气液两相流动机理模型,该模型可以用来直接计算气液旋流分离器内部流场中连续相、分散相(液滴)的速度分布情况,通过计算能够预测旋流器内部浓度分布情况,并通过对影响气液分率效率的主要原因—出口气体中的液滴夹带情况进行分析计算,预测旋流器的分离性能。
Abstract: This paper introduces a new gas -liquid two- phase flow mechanism model based on the drift flow model and particle - trajectory formula as well as Euler - Lagrange approach. The model can be used to calculate the speed distribution state of the continuous phase and separative phase of the inner flow field in the sepa- rator and to predict the behavior of the cyclone separator by means of analyzing and calculating the contributing factor that affects the efficiency of gas - liquid separation - - the liquid - drop carried by the gas at the outlet.
