摘要
通过对某高层建筑的加层分析及加固设计,探讨由于加层改造引起框架柱轴压比超限、转换梁及基础梁抗力不足等问题的解决办法,并阐述了外包钢加固法及扩大截面法在特定工程中节点的构造措施。
Through a storey-adding analysis and reinforcement design for one project, to explore the solution of storey-adding due to axial compression ratio of column exceed limits, the conversion-beam and the basis-beam lack of resistance,and elaborated the steel encased concrete method and extending section method in a particular section of the project node in the structure of the measures.
