摘要
利用一系列的生物信息学软件分析了盐芥ThHKT1基因编码蛋白的氨基酸组成、等电点、结构域、特征位点、二级结构等蛋白质性质,并与3种甜土植物蛋白作了对比。结果表明:盐芥ThHKT1基因编码蛋白分子式为:C2631H4064N636O707S21,属于稳定蛋白;二级结构主要是以无规则卷曲为主。在所分析的指标中,盐芥ThHKT1与3种甜土植物HKT1相比存在着一定差异。
The character of ThHKT1 gene encoding protein such as the constitution of amino acids, isoelectric point, domain, characteristic spots and secondary structure in Thellungiella halophila were analyzed by a series of bioinformaties software. The results showed that this protein was stable, and the formula was C2631H4064N636O707S21. The secondary structure was primarily composed of random coil. The difference of ThHKT1 protein exists in Thellungiella halophila and three glycophytes (salt-sensitive plants).
