光响应和CO_2响应新模型在丹参中的应用 被引量:72

摘要 【目的】利用丹参(Salvia miltiorrhiza)的光响应数据和CO2响应数据验证植物的光响应和CO2响应新模型,为新模型的推广提供依据。【方法】用美国Li-cor公司生产的LI-6400光合作用测定仪器控制光强、CO2浓度等因素,测量丹参在生长盛期叶片的光合作用对光和CO2的响应数据。利用所构建的光合作用对光和CO2响应新模型拟合丹参的光和CO2响应数据,并将其与用非直角双曲线模型和Michaelis-Menten模型拟合的丹参光和CO2响应数据进行比较。【结果】在丹参生长盛期,用新模型拟合的丹参饱和光强和最大净光合速率分别为930.41和11.28μmol/(m2.s),丹参的饱和CO2浓度和光合能力分别为1 040.54μmol/moL和16.21μmol/(m2.s),均与实测值非常接近,2个拟合曲线的决定系数均大于0.999,拟合效果优于非直角双曲线模型和Michaelis-Menten模型。【结论】光合作用对光和CO2响应新模型均能很好地拟合丹参的光和CO2响应数据,且可以直接计算出丹参的主要光合参数。 [Objective] A new model of the light-response and CO2 response curve of photosynthesis was tested by experimental data of photosynthetic response of Salvia miltiorrhiza in this paper. [Method] Photosynthetic responses to irradiance and to CO2 used by expanded leaves of S. rniltiorrhiza under control environmental conditions were studied using a LI-6400. The data from light-response and CO2 response of photosynthesis of S. rniltiorrhiza were simulated by thenew model of light-response and CO2 response of photosynthesis. At the same time, the data from light-response and CO2 response of photosynthesis of S. miltiorrhiza were simulated by non-rectangular hyperbola model and Michealis-Menten model and compared. [Result] The fitted results showed that light saturation point and the maximum photosynthetic rates were 930.41 and 11.28μmol/(m^2 ·s) respectively;CO2 saturation point,the photosynthetic capacity were 1 040.54 μmol/moL and 16.21μmol/(m^2·s) for S. rniltiorrhiza,very close to the measwred values. And the coefficients of the two curves were above 0.999 and their simulation showed better effects than non-re- ctangulor hyperbola model and Michealis-Menten model. [Conclusion] Data of photosynthetic response to irradiance and CO2 for S. miltiorrhiza were simulated by the new model of light response and CO2 response of photosynthesis, and the main photosynthetic parameters of S. miltiorrhiza could be calculated directly without any additional hypotheses.
