摘要 高技术企业协作R&D网络是系统性创新的一种基本制度安排,网络的结构影响网络协作和网络绩效。本文从高技术企业协作R&D网络的构成要素、结构维度、联结模式、组织类型四个方面研究了高技术企业协作R&D网络的结构特征,指出了恰当选择、构建、调整协作R&D网络对推进我国高技术企业协作R&D的开展与技术创新能力提升具有重要的现实指导意义。 High - tech enterprises cooperative R&D networks are a sort of primarily institutional arrangement of the systematic innovation, and their structural characteristics influence the networks cooperation and networks performance. This paper studies the structural characteristics of high - tech enterprises cooperative R&D networks from four perspectives, namely structural elements, structural dimensions, connecting modes and organizational types, and points out that proper choosing, building and adjusting cooperative R&D networks is of great practical guiding significance to promote the development of cooperative R&D and technological innovation activities of Chinese high - tech enterprises.
