蒙药甘露益肝滴丸提取工艺研究

目的:为蒙药甘露益肝滴丸优化乙醇渗漉提取工艺条件。方法:采用L9(34)正交表设计试验,HPLC法测定评价指标胡椒碱的提取转移率,同时考察总浸出物,结果进行方差分析。结果:最佳工艺条件为A1B2C1方案,主要影响因素依次为乙醇浓度(A,P<0.01)、渗漉速度(C,P<0.01)、乙醇用量(B,P<0.05)。结论:制备蒙药甘露益肝滴丸,乙醇渗漉提取荜茇等药材的最佳工艺参数为,取药物粗粉,要用8倍量(B2)的90%乙醇(A1)、以1ml/min的速度(C1)依法缓缓渗漉。胡椒碱的转移率可达99%。
