高效液相色谱法测定麝香接骨胶囊中阿魏酸的含量

Determination of Ferulic Acid in Shexiang Jegu Capsules by HPLC

目的：建立麝香接骨胶囊中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法：高效液相色谱（HPLC）法。以KramasilCl8柱（50turn×4．6mm，5um）为分析柱，以甲醇-0．1％磷酸溶液（28：72）为流动相，柱温3012，流速1．0ml／min，检测波K为320nm。结果：阿魏酸进样量在0．0111～0．1112μg范围内与峰面积有良好的线性关系，r=0．9999，平均加样回收率为99．54％，RSD=0．92％。结论：该方法灵敏、简便、结果准确、重现性好，可用于麝香接骨胶囊的质量控制。

Objective：To establish HPLC method for Ferulic Acid Contentsin Shexiang Jegu Capsules. Method： HPL ＋ C method was adopted and a kramasil column（ 150mm × 4.6mm, 5um）was use dat30℃. Themobilephasewa, methanol - 0.1% H3PO4 （28：72）, at a flow rate of 1.0m^＊ i： min-1. The detectiorwavelength was at 320nm. Results：The calibration curve of puerain was was 99.54 %, linear in the range of 0. 0111--0. lll2ug（r = 0. 9999）, the average of recovery09.54%, RSD= 0.92%. Conclusion：The methods is high sensitivity, quick and accurate with good repeatability and can be used for quality control of Shexiang Jegu capsules.
