虚拟式零件尺寸检测仪的研制

Development of the Virtual Part Size Detector

通过对现有零件尺寸检测不足的研究,将虚拟仪器技术与传统的尺寸检测方法相结合,设计了一种新的尺寸检测仪器——虚拟式尺寸检测仪。通过对各功能模块的设计,实现了既可在线分析又能离线处理的虚拟式尺寸检测。

In view of the inadequacy of the existing part size detecting methods, this article combined the modern virtual instrument technology and the traditional part size detecting technology to explore a virtual part size detector.The detector developed in this work can realize not only the online analysis but also the off-line processing by various function modules.
