摘要
将确定性条件下社会计划者关于消费和不可再生资源利用的最优决策问题拓展到随机环境中,构建了一个社会计划者的随机最优决策模型,运用随机分析方法,得到了最优资本存量的显示路径及稳态分布密度,并给出了模型的政策含义.
Non-renewable resources utilization being introduced into the production function, we extend the optimum decision-making model of social planers, analyze the optimum decision-making about expense and non-renewable resources utilization under indefinite conditions by way of stochastic analysis, Thus the optimum capital storage demonstration way and the density of its stability distribution are obtained, and the policy meaning of the model is given.
