摘要
根据金川水电站的工程地质条件,对卸荷带的固结灌浆采用了定量与间歇灌浆相结合的方法,结合水泥砂浆液或加入水玻璃的方法,对特大注入量部位处理效果明显。选用5 m段长时,最大灌浆压力控制在2.0 MPa,在不发生抬动的前提下最大灌浆压力可提高到2.5 MPa。灌浆起始浆比为0.5∶1,可调整灌浆孔的顶角,增大与裂隙的交角,以提高灌浆效果。
Based on the engineering geological conditions of Jinchuan hydropower station on the Dadu river, consolidation grouting of the stress - released zone was conducted by quantitative grouting method in combination with intermittent grouting method. By using cement sand grout or adding water glass, remarkable treatment results were obtained in locations where the grout take is very large. It is suitable to control the maximum grouting pressure at 2.0 MPa in 5 m long section, which may be increased to 2.5 MPa in case of no upheaving. The initiating grout ratio is 0. 5 : 1. The grouting result is improved by adjusting the top angle of grouting hole and increasing the intersection angle with fissures.
