摘要
法学专业实施双语教学是高校本科教学评估的重要考察指标,更是我国加入世贸组织后对于培养国际化法律人才的迫切要求。笔者在剖析了法学双语教学的内涵以及高校开展此种教学面临的种种困境的基础上,针对双语教学师资的开发、教学任务的安排、课程与教材的选择、审核与激励机制、课堂组织与考试方法等提出了具体的建议。
Bilingual teaching carried out by law majors is one of the important investigation index in the evaluation for undergraduate education of higher schools, and also a necessity to cultivate internationalized law talents after China becoming one member of WTO. On the basis of a thorough analysis on the concept of bilingual teaching and various difficulties for law majors carrying out this kind of teaching, the author gives detailed suggestions on the training of teachers, assignment of teaching tasks, choice of courses and textbooks, policy of checking and encouraging, and arrangement of classes and examination.
