摘要 为了解决在控制过程中,表面贴装式永磁无轴承同步电机的参数未知或随温度、饱和等发生慢时变对系统产生影响这一问题,在使用灰色预测方法对电流预测的基础上,提出一种面贴式永磁型无轴承同步电机参数的在线辨识方法.利用系统辨识理论建立面贴式永磁型无轴承电机无位置与速度传感器的矢量控制系统.仿真和实验结果证明,该方法具有模型简单、收敛速度快、误差小等特点,系统能在较大扰动下实现稳定悬浮. The performance of surface permanent magnet bearingless snchronous motor (sPMBLM) system is usually affected by its parameter unknown or change with temperature and saturation. An online identification method for sPMBLM was presented based on current pridiction using the grey prediction method. The position and speed sensorless control system of sPMBLM based on system identification was proposed. The simulating and experimental results show that this method has such advantages as simple model, rapid convergence and small error. The system can achieve the stable suspension under the larger interference.
