摘要
为了在兆瓦级风力发电机组中实现独立变距,采用了ABB变频器对风电机组中电动变桨距系统进行控制.从电动变桨距系统的基本构成入手,分析了基于ABB变频器的电动变桨距原理,搭建了电动变桨距的数学模型,提出了基于异步电动机的由ABB变频器来实现的变桨距PID控制方法.结果表明,ABB变频器可以精确、高性能地控制异步电动机的转速和转矩,通过PID调节实现了精确的桨叶位置控制.
In order to realize the independent pitch for variable propeller of MW wind turbine generator, the ABB inverter was adopted in the electric pitch control system of wind turbine. The PID control method of pitch scheme realized by ABB inverter based on asynchronous motor was proposed through analyzing the basic principle of electric pitch based on ABB inverter and building the mathematical model of electric pitch. The results show that the ABB inverter can efficiently and accurately control the speed and torque of asynchronous motor, and the PID controller can accurately control the position of blade.
