"医患通"服务平台,是一个基于电子病历系统和消息系统的医患沟通平台,既是一个技术平台,又是一个数字化条件下的新型医院客户关系管理平台。介绍了"医患通"服务平台研究的现实意义、平台系统构成的主要功能、平台研究应用的结果和结论。该平台的建立是信息技术在医院管理模式、服务模式上的创新,推广前景广阔。
"The DoctorPatient Communication" serviee platform is a means for doctors and patients to understand each other based on electronic medieal records and information. It is not only a technical platform hut also a management platform of a new relationship between hospital and customers under the condition of digitalization. The article introduced the practical significance of the research on "The Doctor- Patient Communication" service platform, the main functions of the platform's system, the result and conclusion of the research and application on the platform. The establishment of the platform brings forth new ideas on models of hospital and service management based on information technology, thus very promising in spreading in the future.
