摘要
运用SWOT分析和归核化战略理论,从托管制医院建立定位目标、落实保障和实施评估体系三个方面进行了探索。提出了面对医疗市场复杂多变的新环境,医院必须明确重点专(学)科的目标定位,实施并强化归核化管理,在激烈的竞争环境中培育和提升核心竞争力,才能促进医院可持续协调发展。
By making use of SWOT analysis and strategic theory of refocusing, the article makes studies on the three aspects of determination of goals, implementation and assessment in the trustee hospitals. It also points out that in the face of complicated and changeable medical market, the hospital must define the key specialties or disciplines, implement and strengthen refocusing management and bring up and upgrade key competitive power under the condition of severe competition. Only by doing so, can the hospital undergo a sustainable and eoordinated development.
