摘要
为考察丹酚酸B的体外抗氧化活性,应用比色法测定丹酚酸B对Fenton体系产生的.OH、邻苯三酚自氧化体系产生的O2-.、DPPH.的清除能力及其还原能力、抗脂质过氧化能力,并考查丹酚酸B与抗氧化活性之间的量效关系。结果表明,丹酚酸B有很强的.OH、O2-.、DPPH.清除能力、还原能力和抗脂质过氧化能力,且其抗氧化活性随丹酚酸B浓度的增大而增强,呈明显的量效关系。
To investigate the antioxidative activity of salvianolic acid B, the scavenging capacity, reduction capacity and anti-lipid peroxidation capacity of salvianolic acid B to hydroxyl radical （produced by Fenton system）, superoxide anion and DPPH· （produced by pyrogallol antioxidative system） were determined by eolorimetry method. The dose-effect relationship between the concentration of salvianolie acid B and its antioxidative activity was also studied. Results showed that the scavenging, reduction and anti-lipid peroxidation capacity of salvianolic acid B to hydroxyl radical, superoxide anion and DPPH·were strong, and the antioxidative activity increased with the increase of concentration.
