Dedusting measure for the bed ash silos of CFB boilers

针对循环流化床锅炉渣库粉尘的防治,提出了其关键在于渣库库顶和渣库卸料口两处的抑尘措施,库顶可通过设置脉冲布袋除尘器和压力释放阀来解决粉尘问题,渣库卸料口可以设置喷雾除尘装置和改进卸料设备来抑制装车时产生的粉尘。

For the bed ash silos of CFB boilers, the key to dedust is suitable dedusting measure both at the top floor and at unloading floor of the silo. The dedusting device consists of the bag-type dust collector and the pressure relief valve at top of the silo. At the unloading floor of the bed ash silo, the dedusting measure comprises spray device and impro- ving unloading equipment.
