摘要
肾小球硬化是多种肾脏疾病发展的最终结局,是以进行性的细胞外基质(ECM)堆积和肾小球固有细胞成分的减少为特征。机械因素、代谢因素以及多种调节分子等都与肾小球硬化的发生发展密切相关。足细胞是一种高度分化的细胞,分裂增殖能力有限,因此一旦损伤丢失,就很难再生。近年来随着多种足细胞标记蛋白的发现,国内外对足细胞在肾小球硬化中的研究日趋增多,大量研究提示足细胞损伤与缺失与肾小球硬化的关系密切,本文就近年来有关足细胞损伤引起肾小球硬化发病过程中的机制,作简要综述。
