腹部术后胃肠减压插管深度对疗效的影响

THE INFLUENCE OF DEPTH OF GASTROINTESTINAL DECOMPRESSION TUBE AFTER ABDOMINAL OPERATION ON THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS

目的:探讨腹部术后胃肠减压管插入的最佳深度及对引流效果的影响。方法:将276例腹部术后胃肠减压患者随机分为观察组(n=140)和对照组(n=136),观察组胃肠减压管插入深度55～65cm,对照组按常规插管45～55cm,在其他条件相同的情况下,对两组患者的腹胀和引流等情况进行观察对比。结果:观察组胃液平均日引流量比对照组多(P<0.01),观察组腹胀比对照组明显轻(P<0.01)。结论:腹部术后胃肠减压插管深度以55～65cm为宜。

Objective： To investigate the optimal depth of gastrointestinal decompression tube after abdominal operation.Methods： 276 cases of gastrointestinal decompression after abdominal operation were randomly divided into experimental group（n=140） and control group（n=136）.The insertion depth of gastrointestinal decompression tube was 55-65cm and 45-55cm respectively;the gastric juice drainage and abdominal distension were observed in identical condition. Results： The daily mean gastric juice drainage of the experimental group was more than that of the control group（P〈0.01 ）;the abdominal distension degree of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion：the optimal depth of gastrointestinal decompression tube after abdominal operation was 55-65cm.
