Content Determination of Forsythin in Shanzha Neijin Capsules by HpLc

目的：研究建立高效液相色谱测定傣药山楂内金胶囊中连翘苷含量的方法。方法：HPLC法，采用C18色谱柱；以乙腈为流动相A，水为流动相B，按规定条件梯度洗脱；检测波长为230nm。供试品溶液的制备方法为：甲醇超声提取，大孔树脂和中性氧化铝柱（内径2cm，用水湿法装柱；下部为100～200目中性氧化铝5g；上部为高度6cm的预处理好的D101大孔树脂）纯化。结果：精密度试验RSD为2．17％（n=6）；重复性试验RSD为1．76％（n=6）；准确度（印收率）试验平均回收率为96．8％，RSD为3．13（n=6）；阴性无干扰。结论：本方法操作简便，有效排除杂质干扰，降低基线，可作为山栏内金胶囊的质量控制方法。

Objective： To establish a HPLC method for content determination of forsythin in Shanzha Neijin capsules. Method： The HPLC was carried out on C48 column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile（A） and water（B）. Gradient program was adopted. The detective wavelength was 230nm. The tested solution was prepared as follows： extracted with MeOH by supersonic, purified by maroporous adsorption resin neutral alumina column chromatography（diameter is 2 cm, Bottom is neutral alumina 5g;Top is D101 maroporous adsorption resin 6 cm in altitude）. Results：Precision test RSD= 2.17% （n= 6）;Repeatability test RSD = 1.76 % （ n = 6） ; The average recovery of Accuracy （ recovery rate） test is 96.8 %, RSD = 3.13 % （ n = 6） ; There were no interference in the negative test. Conclusion： The present method is accurate, reliable, simple, convenient and with good reproducibility, the sample was purified complelely, and little interference and it can be used for quality control of Shanzha Neijin Capsules
