摘要
本文介绍了几种糖的晶溶发光辐射剂量学特性。鲁米纳溶液的自荧光与未照射糖样品的“本底”荧光限制了剂量探测下限(0.25Gy)。鲁米纳溶液的最佳浓度在7×10^(-3)mol/ml,并且其温度控制在15—25℃范围有较高的信噪比。根据剂量响应特性的研究得出几种糖的剂量适用范围。灵敏度大小依次为海藻糖、蔗糖、乳糖、葡萄糖、果糖、甘露糖,且测量值的分散性依次变差。辐照后热处理对这几种糖的晶溶发光稳定性并未呈现明显的影响。
Low limits of measuring dose are limited by self-glow of luminolsolution and luminescence of unradiated samples of saccharides. The suitable concent-ration of luminol soolution should be 7×10^(-8) mol/ml and a high ratio of signal tonoise can be obtained when solution temperature is in the range of 15-25℃ The rangessuitable for dose measurement have been evaluated based on dose responce characteri-stic of these saccharides. Sensitivities are in this order of priorities: Trehalose, suc-rose, galactose, glucose, levulose, mannose, and dose measurement dispersion changeto poor according to this priorities also. Stabitity of lyoluminescence of the sacchari-des is not depended on heat treatmant of the samples.
