Determination of paeonol in Yishengukang pills by HPLC

目的建立HPLC法测定益肾骨康丸I号中丹皮酚的含量。方法色谱柱：Kromasil KR100-5C18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），流动相：甲醇-水（70：30）；流速为0．8mL·min^-1。检测波长为274nm，柱温为30℃。结果该方法线性范围为0．10012--2．0024μg（r=0．9990）．平均回收率为97．34％，RSD=0．8％（n=6）。结论本法准确，简便，灵敏，可靠，可用于该制剂的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method using HPLC for determination of the content of phenol in Yishengukang pills. METHODS Kromasil KR100-5C18 （4.6mm × 250mm, 5μm） column was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water （70：30）at a flow rate of 0.8 mL· min^-1 .The detection wavelenghth was 274nm and the column temperature was 30℃ . RESULTS The calibration curve of paeonol was linear （r = 0. 9990, n = 6） in the range of 0. 10012--2.0024μg.The average recovery was 97.34% and RSD was 0.8% （n= 6）. CONCLUSION This method is accurate, simple, sensitive and reliable and it can be used as the quality control of Yishengukang pills.
