论残疾人体育权利的发展与保障

On development and protection of the disabled sports rights

体育权利是残疾人应当享有的基本权利,残疾人体育权利会在内容上、权利主张等方面有所发展,但在残疾人体育权利有关的法律法规制定、法制观念、相关政府部门的职责等方面存在一些问题,造成我国残疾人体育权利保障受到一定的限制,对此提出了相应的完善建议。

Sports fights is one of the fundamental rights for the disabled. The contents and the rights promotion have been developed to some extent, but there exist some problems in the formulation of laws and regulations and the sense of legality concemed the disabled sports rights, and the responsibility taken by the related government sectors, which somewhat restrict the protection to the sports rights of the disabled people in China. Accordingly, some practical solutions are suggested in this paper.
