高效氯氟氰菊酯、丁硫克百威及印楝素对十字花科蔬菜上海青中游离氨基酸的影响

Effect of Lambda-cyhalothrin,Carbosulfan and Azadirachtin on the Free Amino Acid of Cruciferous Vegetable Brassica campestris

摘要 室外盆栽条件下测定了高效氯氟氰菊酯、丁硫克百威和印楝素3种农药处理后十字花科蔬菜上海青Brassica campestris ssp.Chinensis(L.)中游离氨基酸的变化。结果表明:药后2d和9d,各处理组游离氨基酸总量均极显著高于对照(P<0.01),尤其在药后2d,丁硫克百威处理组比对照高13.88%。高效氯氟氰菊酯处理后2d,谷氨酸(Glu)、甘氨酸(Gly)和丙氨酸(Ala)含量分别增加22.29%、20.60%和18.83%;丁硫克百威处理后2d,这3种氨基酸含量分别增加17.87%、17.87%和14.58%。3种农药对上海青中人体必需氨基酸含量影响明显,印楝素处理后均有所增加,另两种处理除苯丙氨酸+酪氨酸(Phe+Tyr)和赖氨酸(Lys)含量降低外,其余均有所增加,且在施药初期增加的幅度较大。高效氯氟氰菊酯和丁硫克百威处理后2d,上海青中昆虫必需氨基酸总量比对照分别增加15.21%和11.80%。3种农药处理后上海青中游离氨基酸含量变化明显,推测其可能与农药造成害虫再猖獗有一定的联系。 The free amino acid contents of cruciferous vegetable Brassica campestris ssp. Chinensis (L.) were studied after treating the vegetable with lambda-cyhalothrin, carbosulfan and azadirachtin by pot experiment. The results showed that at days 2 and 9 after treatment by three pesticides, the total amino acid contents of B. campestris were remarkably higher than that of the control ( P 〈 0.01 ), especially carbosulfan, which caused the content increased by 13.88% compared with that of the control at days 2 after treatment. At days 2 after treatment by lambda-cyhalothrin and carbosulfan, the contents of Glu, Gly and Ala in vegetables increased by 22.29%, 20.60%, 18.83% and 17.87%, 17.87%, 14.58%, respectively, compared with that of the control. The effect of three pesticides on the contents of essential amino acids for human body was marked;the contents increased after treatment by azadirachtin ;the contents also increased after treatment by lambda-cyhalothrin and carbosulfan except that of Phe + Tyr and Lys, and the increment was high at early days after treatment. The contents of essential amino acids for insects in vegetables were significantly higher than that of the control (increased by 15.21% and 11.80%, respectively) at days 2 after treatment by lambda-cyhalothrin and carbosulfan. In conclusion, the free amino acid contents in cruciferous vegetable changed significantly after treatment by three pesticides, which suggested that these changes may be related to the pest resurgence after pesticide application.
