摘要
提速铁路客车轴承保持架壁厚较薄,在原有夹具上加工时产生变形,影响其几何精度和表面精度。针对这一问题,设计了新型夹具,增大了与工件的接触面积,解决了工件变形问题。
Because the bearing cage wall of the elevated speed railroad passenger car is more thinner and deformation is occured while prossing, the geometric accuracy and surface accuracy is affected. Considerimg this problem, a new type fixture is designed, so as to the contact area with parts is enlarged and the problem of deformation is solved.
