从我国行政强制执行的实践来看,现行体制还存在大量问题,通过对各国行政强制执行模式的对比、分析,寻求既符合行政法理念又适合我国国情的新模式,提供了保障新模式运行的相关配套措施和制度。

From the practice of administrative enforcement implementing in our country, the current system still remains a great deal of problems. The article explores not only the administrative enforcement mode according with administrative principle but also fitting the situation of our country and perfects the system through comparing the different administrative enforcement mode inside or outside our country, and attempts to provide the relative and necessary measure and the system to safeguard the movement of the new mode.
