摘要
加强项目成本管理是施工企业面对激烈市场竞争的必然选择,应通过技术创新、完善内部成本管理体系、优化施工组织设计等加强成本管理。
Strengthening the project cost is the inevitable choice for construction enterprise to attend serious market competition. In this paper, the problems that construction enterprise need put importance to is analyzed, suggestions and measures to strengthen the cost management are put forward ,from every link of project cost management.
