The term standardization, come from the development in production and trade, develops quickly in the market economy. But there are some problems existed in this area, like the different forms, the basic implication, the legal attribute, the relationship between standardization and technique regulations, and the law effect of the standardization etc.. Analyzing these problems will be valuable in the process of a legal society.
