关于信用证规则中的付款,国内论文和著作有承付、兑付、议付、偿付、代付五个概念。本文对这五个概念进行了分析,在弄清其各自含义的基础上加以比较,以期对信用证规则的学习、应用有所帮助。

About the payment of the L/C, there are many different conceptions in domestic articles and monographs. The names of the conceptions are as the followings： promise to pay, cash, negotiation, reimbursement and pay for another. This paper analyzes the five different conceptions and makes a comparison between them so as to have a clear understanding of these conceptions. This analysis and comparison will help us learn the L/C regulations.
