摘要 作为人类文明最基本传承形态和方式,师生关系无论对于学校教育教学的顺利推进,还是人类社会的长远发展,都有着积极而深远的意义。师生关系的建立,一般要经历产生、建立、发展、提高等阶段,由初级到高级、由量变到质变的过程。师生关系与一般社会关系的最大不同,在于它因教育而生,又为教育而存,其最大功能就是教育功能。通过对我国师生关系历史演进研究,倡导师生关系良性、顺利、健康发展,有利于学生在享受关怀和宽容中实现德智体美全面发展,最终实现教育价值。 As a basic feature and form to spread civilization, the teacher - student relationship has profound significance to both the advancement of education at school and the sustainable development of human society. The establishment of teacher - student relationship experiences the general period of coming into being, being established, developing and improving, the course of changing from lower level to higher level and quantity to quality. The big difference of the teacher - student relationship from other common social relationships lies in the fact that it originates in education and existence for education and its main function is the function of education. Based on the research of the teacher - student relationship evolution in Chinese history, a good, healthy and harmonious relationship between teacher and student is beneficially advocated to make student develop virtually, intellectually, physically and aesthetically to realize the value of education.
