摘要
教师是高校发展的主体,是高校最核心的资源和竞争力的源泉。实施"以人为本"的管理理念是高校教师管理的必然要求,它有利于高校教师能够得到全面而自由的发展。阐释高校以人为本的教师管理理念的内涵,分析现行高校教师管理中存在的种种问题和弊端,提出实行情感管理、注重教师个性化发展、倡导"无为而治"的柔性管理方式,创设和谐宽松的校园环境,发挥激励的正强化功能作用,实施"以人为本"教师管理理念的实践策略。
Teachers are not only the main body of the development of colleges and universities but also the most important resources and competitive source. Implementation of the "people - oriented" management concept is a necessary requirement for teachers in colleges and universities, which will help to make a comprehensive progress. This article expounds the connotation of teacher's people - oriented management concept, makes a thorough analysis of the problems and deficiencies existing in the current teacher's management and puts forward many practical strategies such as implementing rnotional management and focusing on teachers'personal development, advocating the flexible "inaction" management, creating a relaxed and harmonious campus environment, and hinging positive incentive into a full play to strengthen the function and carrying out the practical strategies of people - oriented management concept.
