摘要
高等教育以人为本的教育思想来源于马克思主义关于人的全面发展学说,是科学发展观在高等教育中的集中体现.贯彻以人为本教育思想,要实施人才队伍建设和人才培养工程,围绕"人"这个核心,发掘人的潜能,激发人的创造性,实现学校与师生共同发展.
the human oriented thought of higher education stems from Marx＇s theory of comprehensive growth of human, and concentrated expresses the science development view in higher education. The implement of human oriented education thought need construct talent group and talent cultivate project. It is important to scout for the potential of talent and stimulate the creativeness of talent around the key of human for the jointed development of school and teachers and students.
