摘要
将盐泽螺旋藻和细菌混合固定化,比较对亚甲基兰的脱色情况.结果表明:单独固定化藻对亚甲基兰作用4 d,脱色率达到80.9%,而在混合固定化条件下,24 h即超过了单一固定化藻的脱色效果,脱色率达到83%,作用4 d后脱色率达到92.9%.可以认为细菌的加入提高了盐泽螺旋藻对亚甲基兰的抗毒性,并在较大程度上提高了固定化盐泽螺旋藻对亚甲基兰的脱色能力.
This paper co--immobilized spirulina subsalsa and bacterium and compared their decolorizing capability. The result shows that decolorizaion efficiencies of immobilized algae reached 80.6% after 4days, however decolorizaion efficiencies of immobilized algae--bacteria reached 83% only after 24 hours and reached 92.9% after 4 days. The data suggest that bacteria increased mithridatism of spirulina subsalsa on Methylene blue and increased decolorizing capability of immobilized spirulina subsalsa on Methylene blue to a great extent.
